Description
Based in Kilburn, Glassync has immediate starts for an office assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering the phone
- Factory Quotes
- Factory Orders
- Factory Invoicing
- Filing
- Organizing Deliveries
- Purchasing as required by Office Manager
- All other duties as required by Office Manager
- We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.
- **SKILLS REQUIRED**:_
- Office suite software experience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff and clients.
- Ability to learn.
- Be punctual and show a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Australia (required)
