Our Client is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Right now they are looking for a **Customer service assistant **to join their Trade Store.
You will work as a part of a high performing team, to provide an exceptional level of service to customers.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Respond to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for back orders
- General housekeeping and undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre Showroom
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Trade Counter, Retail or Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous customer service or trade store experience and an understanding or working knowledge of the Industrial and Safety product market. However, it will be your strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude that will see you excel in this role. This is a fantastic chance for someone who wants to learn and start a career with a market leader._
- **Please note that due to our strict Health and Safety policy we will require you to undertake a physical medical evaluation, along with a drug and alcohol screening test.**_
**Salary**: $55,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
