- is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our small and supportive team in Kilburn, SA.

This is a non-customer-facing office-based role, ideal for someone with experience in order processing, internal sales support, or technical customer service. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Entering sales orders

Answering telephone enquiries

Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc

Vetting orders

Providing technical and product support to customers.

About You

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

To be considered applicants MUST have:

experience in a similar role

a reliable work history with a valuable attitude to safety

a friendly telephone manner

the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
