**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Entering sales orders
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
- Vetting orders
- Providing technical and product support to customers.
**About You**
You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be considered applicants **MUST** have:
- experience in a similar role
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- a flexible and positive work ethic
- a friendly telephone manner
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
**Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.**
