**About the role** As a Support Officer in our Customer Service Contact Centre you will represent TAFE SA, engaging with our customers as the first point of contact, through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate and timely information to support customer enquiries and deliver resolutions.

**About You**

You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and eager to make a difference. You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality support in a busy contact centre environment.

You provide a high level of professional customer interactions to internal and external customers and are able to balance quality and efficiency whilst demonstrating a customer-focussed philosophy.

You embrace giving and receiving feedback to help to improve quality and drive service delivery improvements for our customers.

You enjoy working in a positive environment with a diverse range of passionate and engaging individuals.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required, and a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
- Eligible to work in Australia
