About the role
As part of the Customer Service team in Direk, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
A typical day will involve:
Providing customer service and information about products
Helping keep the branch tidy and secure
Supporting the project team
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
Might not have experience in this space, but is willing to learn
Proficient in using a computer and is happy to learn new systems
Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts
Wants to develop their career
