- Previous Chef De Partie or equivalent experience To be successful within this position you will have a "can do" attitude, exceptional passion and skill. You will also have exceptional personal & presentation standards as well as previous experience in a similar position. Duties
- Controls general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees
- Ordering and stock control
- Assists the Executive Chef and were necessary operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.
- Liaise with Restaurant employees regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
- Supervision of kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs. Delegate duties and responsibilities to kitchen employees to ensure service demands are met.
- Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control for all food and beverage outlets.
- Prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the hotel. Salary $35-$40.00 Position open 20/15/2026
