About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Service Advisor to manage the full service process from customer bookings through to invoicing and delivery. Duties
- Manage the full customer service process from booking through to vehicle handover
- Handle customer enquiries, service bookings, and job card preparation
- Coordinate retail and warranty repairs while liaising with workshop technicians
- Process invoicing, payments, service updates, and upsell additional repair work Skills and experience
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience in a fast-paced workshop workplace
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
- Mechanical understanding with knowledge of warranty processes and DMS systems preferred
- Proactive, reliable work ethic with the ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently Benefits
