As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our Edinburgh branch, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hub Manager with the productive management and day-to-day operations of the branch. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee branch administration, customer service delivery, and safety while driving a high‑performing team culture.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role, including: Overseeing branch administration and customer service operations to ensure smooth daily performance Supporting and collaborating closely with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator network and leadership team Leading and inspiring a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver outstanding customer service Driving a robust safety‑first culture for both team members and customers Ensuring timely and effective communication, keeping all stakeholders informed and maintaining strong internal collaboration Creating the best outcomes for customers by developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing hire agreements Managing administrative tasks, including asset and quality management Taking ownership of competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
