ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION CLERK

About the role
We currently have a new opening in our head office for a full-time accounts and administration clerk. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our accounts department assisting all 8 of our branches.
In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing multiple inboxes
Perform day to day processing and reconciliation of accounts department transactions
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and effective office operations
Receive and allocate payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Process creditor invoices
Manage company registrations/insurances
Other finance and general administration duties as required
If you're a solid team player with limited or no experience in accounts, this may be the perfect role for you.
Excellent organisational skills
Experience in a similar role
Good computer skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise work
