Delivery Driver (Waterloo Corner)

Job Opportunity: Seafood Processor & Delivery Driver Mark Lee Fish Farm (MLFF) is a well-established and growing seafood business located approximately 20km North of the City Centre (a 30-minute drive). We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a crucial dual role, focusing on both seafood processing and local order delivery. Location North District, approximately 30 minutes drive North of the CBD. Employment Details
- Role: Casual (30-40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, generally 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Note: Must be available for early morning starts. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: As per Industry Award
- Benefits: Superannuation, Work Cover/Insurance, and Overtime Pay (where applicable).
- Payment: Paid monthly.
- Additional Perks: Great team environment with staff discounts and meals Key Responsibilities 1. Seafood Processing & Warehouse Duties
- Handling, processing, and packaging various types of seafood according to quality standards.
- Accurately organising and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised processing and warehouse area. 2. Delivery Driver Duties
- Responsible for the timely and protected delivery of MLFF orders to local customers and businesses.
- Following established delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
- Assisting the team with loading and unloading the delivery vehicle. Requirements & Essential Skills
- Valid Australian Car Driver's License is absolutely essential.
- Commitment: Must be able to work in Australia for at least 6 months (for visa holders).
- Physical Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a cold storage or wet/slippery environment.
- Work Ethic: Highly efficient, hardworking, and able to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Must not be averse to handling seafood or working with water/ice. Desirable
- Availability to work on public holidays when required.
