- Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve business goals.
- Drive customer loyalty and ensure a welcoming in‑store experience.
- Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards.
- Foster a positive and high-performing team culture. About You You’re an energetic and results‑focused leader who thrives in a customer‑centric environment. You’ll bring:
- Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
- Solid communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
- Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
- Current or willing‑to‑obtain police clearance.
- Happy to work Saturdays on occasion. Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
