Customer Service Assistant (Bondi Junction)

Our office is conveniently located in the centre of **Bondi Junction**, 60 seconds from the train station, and is full of dynamic and hard-working individuals who all play a key role in the television advertising industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investigate and resolve** customer enquiries according to established policies and procedures, work instructions and guidelines, in an effective and respectful manner
- Ability to **problem solve** and come up with solutions that best suit the scenario
- To ensure that we accommodate every customer's needs to the best that we can and assure that they receive the **best after-care service** that we can provide
- Being able to **work with other members of staff** in your team and communicate at all times where necessary. Be able to branch out any ideas or solutions that you think could benefit your team and the customers
- To have very transparent **attention to detail** in regards to ensuring customer details are correct when importing and sending out items
- To make sure that you are always **organised** and have the ability to multitask.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 1 year** in a customer service role
- Student Visas / Working Holiday Visas accepted

**Pay**:$33.19ph Weekdays (Weekend & Public Holiday rates higher)

*Under 21's rates differ slightly based on the rates set by the Fair Work Ombudsman
- Mon
- Sun between 8am-6pm (shifts)
- Must be available on Public Holidays
- Must be available during our busiest sales periods (Christmas, New Years, Easter etc)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.19 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
