Pay: From $40 per hour depending on experience

Hours and Days 5 days per week:


- Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm 8:00 pm Some flexibility in the hours for the right candidate

About the Family A warm, busy and close-knit family is seeking an experienced and proactive nanny/household manager to support their home and care for their children, ranging in age from a 6-year-old through to teenagers.

Their home is lively, welcoming and full of energy. They value kindness, respect, good manners and independence, and aim to create a calm, structured environment where everyone feels supported.

They are looking for someone who will naturally step into the home, bring positive energy, and become a trusted and valued part of the family.

The Role This is a dynamic after-school position combining childcare and household management.

A typical afternoon and evening will include:


- School pick-ups
- Driving children to after-school activities
- Supporting homework and school organisation
- Preparing nutritious family meals
- Managing afternoon and evening routines
- Assisting with bedtime (particularly for the youngest child)
- Keeping the household running smoothly The role requires someone confident managing multiple children of different ages, while maintaining structure, warmth and consistency.

Household Duties
- Family laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
- General tidying and organisation
- Encouraging children to take responsibility for their own tasks
- Maintaining a clean and well-run home environment Driving -

Driver s licence essential
- Family car provided (if required)
- Driving children to school and extracurricular activities Pets The family has a friendly cavoodle. No pet care required, but comfort around dogs is important.

Ideal Candidate The family is looking for someone who is:


- Warm, energetic and engaging ( Mary Poppins style, but very capable)
- Highly organised and able to run a household
- Confident setting boundaries and maintaining routines
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Experienced with children across a range of ages
- Reliable, flexible and easy to be around
- Passionate about nutrition and preparing healthy meals Requirements
- Previous nanny/household management experience
- Childcare qualifications preferred
- Valid Working With Children Check
- First Aid CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Full driver s licence
- Strong communication skills
