**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Project Manager, assist in: Preliminary design and town planning Design Development

Development Application

Construction Documentation (BIM model, tenders, details drawings)

Construction Stage (Building site inspections, site observation reports, delivery, defects, etc.)

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

The studio requires an experienced graduate with comprehensive knowledge of European design, design trends, and experience of the European supply chain. Specific requirements include: Bachelor of Architecture

Master of Architecture

Must be proficient and experienced with Bentley OpenBuilders Designer and Microstation.

Previous experience in residential and small commercial projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and passion for design
