**Junior Accounts Administrator (Full Time Contract)**

**About Us**

- Operating for over **30 years**, with our first venue opening in Bondi Beach in 1995

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily takings processing and reconciliation across multiple venues
- Entering and approving sales in **Xero**:

- Bank reconciliations and discrepancy resolution with venue managers
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Supplier invoice entry, payment processing, and statement reconciliation
- Liaising with managers and suppliers regarding invoice queries
- General office administration, filing, and document management
- Supporting the Head Office team and assisting with general enquiries

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **2**years experience* in accounts, administration, or bookkeeping
- Experience with **Xero** (highly regarded)
- Basic to intermediate **Microsoft Excel** skills
- Robust attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Hospitality industry experience (advantageous)

Pay: $60,000.00
- $67,000.00 per year
