- End Date 20th December 2026 Brown Sugar, a local Bondi neighborhood gem celebrating 31 years, is seeking an EXPERIENCED CHEF to assist the team deliver a seamless service. 4 days
- Work evenings
- 2pm to 930pm (additional hours/full time position is available if interested) Excellent Hourly rate (depending on experience and qualifications) Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Sous or Head Chef
- Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
- Solid leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
