Since 2000, we’ve been transforming and maintaining beautiful residential gardens, with many of our original clients still with us today. We are currently seeking experienced Horticulturists and a Team Leader to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside landscape designers, landscape architects, and horticulture professionals on some of Sydney’s most stunning private gardens. About the Role You will be working in a team of two, maintaining and developing high-end residential gardens with meticulous attention to detail. The role includes regular garden maintenance and new garden installations. Essential Requirements
- Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills — respectful and effective with both clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to carry out all gardening tasks in residential settings
- Strong plant knowledge, including pests and diseases
- Horticulture qualifications (or currently studying)
- High attention to detail
- White Card Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years industry experience
- Current driver’s license (manual preferred)
- Site supervision and basic construction skills
- Ability to carry out basic administrative tasks
- General knowledge of irrigation systems
- Understanding of seasonal garden tasks (e.g. soil improvement) General Responsibilities
- Skilled in pruning, hedging, weeding, and overall garden care
- Competent with hand tools and small motorised equipment
- Cleaning and maintenance of tools and machinery
