**The Business Sales Account Manager **drives substantial sales growth across all WSI Brands in the assigned geographic territory, aiming to exceed targets and enhance the overall success of WSI Brands. This role involves strategic identification of business opportunities, strong client relationships, and effective sales strategies.
**Responsibilities**
**Results & Service**
- Develop, manage, and grow the B2B client base and sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on building relationships and facilitating frictionless service across all WSI Brands.
- Draw on industry trends and professional networks to identify opportunities and creative ideas to develop and execute a strategic business plan and sales strategy to drive growth.
- Promote WSI products and services to prospective and existing Business to Business clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include telephone contacts, office and site visits, in-store events, and tradeshows.
- Partner with the care center support teams, logistics and corporate office partners as needed to ensure best-in-class service is being provided.
- Conduct continuous follow-up on outstanding quotes, while pursuing new business.
- Help coordinate and support stores for in-store event planning.
- Assist with complex orders including processing of wire transfers/split tender, consolidation of large orders and help expedite Trade Member registration as necessary.
**Development of Self and Others**
- Train and educate store teams on driving B2B through selling and outreach best practices.
- Assist stores to ensure all B2B processes are followed and consistent across all brands and locations.
- Coordinate and support stores in planning in-store events.
- Proactively initiate a self-development plan to ensure continuous professional growth.
**Provide Influential Leadership**
- Maintain open communication and a workplace where all associates are treated equitably, adhering to our People First philosophy.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of home furnishing or interior design retail sales experience
- Minimum 3 years home furnishing or interior design background, including in store retail sales experience.
- A proven track record of driving meaningful sales growth.
- An established book of business within the Business-to-Business industry with a range of relevant industry connections. The ability to build relationships
- both with cross-functional internal partners and external.
- The ability to effectively manage concurrent and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving skills.
- Some travel required
- up to 20% to visit stores, clients, trade shows.
- Prior experience in business-to-business sales and/or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external customers/clients/business partners and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in WSI Room Planner, Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
