**What you need for this role**:

- A positive can-do attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
- With the ability to be reliable and work unsupervised.
- A **forward thinker** who can make positive safe decisions in and around the worksite that increases worker safety and productivity, with combined experience to problem-solve risks or Traffic situations.
- Applicants may be required to stand for 8-10 hours a day and work Saturdays when required.
- White Card
- General Construction Induction Card.
- Traffic controller.
- Implement traffic control plans.
- C- Class driver’s license minimum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Team workplace.
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture and OHS awareness.
- Construction experience is preferred but not essential.
