**The Role** To provide efficient and effective delivery of library services to meet the needs of the community. This includes performing a range of library, customer service and administrative tasks that support the effective operation of the library. Positioned within the Library Customer Service team, this role is involved in performing a range of library and administrative tasks, with a particular focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide high-quality customer service across all library service points.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the library service points and general enquiries.
- Assist with the shelving, display, and general maintenance of library collections.
- Instruct and assist customers in the use of library resources and technologies.
- Provide support for library projects, deliver programs and assist with other duties as directed by supervisors.

**About You**
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Library Studies or equivalent or studying towards.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role and an enthusiastic approach to working with the community.
- Experience working in a Library environment.
- Demonstrated technology skills and a high level of digital literacy.
