**Job Overview**: We are looking for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our Customer Service/Reservations team. This role is crucial in managing and processing bookings and is handled with precision and efficiency. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a smooth reservation process. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Airline/travel agent experience, ideally in ticketing / reservations.
- Previous Takeflite experience highly desirable.
- Superior communication, negotiation and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for customer service.
- Maintaining accurate communications between all parties participating in the daily operations.
- A flexible approach and the ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines.
- Well-disciplined with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A "can-do" attitude that supports company standards and products.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive, tight-knit team while also taking initiative independently.
- Check-in passengers and conduct safety briefings.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
