We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking FullTime Chefs at all levels who are passionate about highquality food and creative cuisine. What You’ll Do
• Prepare and cook a range of hot dishes on our fusion menu
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Use Japanese and Western cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, deepfrying, stirfrying, simmering)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Work closely with the team to deliver consistent, highquality service What We’re Looking For
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
• Japanese & Western cooking experience preferred
• Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene
