We are looking for a passionate, Chef to join the team at Bondi's Brown Sugar!

Brown Sugar is a local neighbourhood Bistro of 31 years
- ranking in the top 3 Restaurants in Bondi Beach on TripAdvisor. Brown Sugar is a 65-seater restaurant run by a small team of passionate industry professionals committed to delivering the most memorable fine dining experience.

To be successful in your application, you will have: Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role Equivalent to at least an AQF diploma Ability to work across all sections Positive attitude Quick and efficient worker Excellent organisational and time management skills Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out The want to grow and develop career within the company
