**Bradnam’s Windows and Doors** have are seeking for a **Showroom Sales** Representative**to join our SEQ Sales Team in **Boondall.**

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our sales and customer service team, where you will provide great customer service to our retail customers, building a strong customer base and lasting relationships.

**Our Showroom Sales Representative undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to**:

- Providing advice and guidance to customers in our Showroom
- Following up sales leads and working towards set sales targets
- Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests
- Preparing formal quotations based on project plans, schedules, inspections, or other paperwork
- Liaising with the Operations team as required
- Continually develop and improve knowledge of Bradnam’s products and remain up to date with current building codes
- Educating customers about our products
- Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures

**Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week**

**Skills & Experience**

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference.
- You will ideally have previous administration experience in a customer focussed role;
- Experience in a customer-facing sales / customer service role will be highly regarded;
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices; A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team.

To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
