At Concreative we specialize in custom polished concrete and architectural concrete finishes We have a diverse range of clients from residential to commercial, we enjoy working with residential customers on their homes, while also having a portfolio of consistent Builders we work with, so we are always kept busy. We are looking for a casual Office Assistant ( 1 day a week, Wednesday) to aid in supporting our office manager, with a minimum of 1 years’ office experience.

Duties include;

Collecting Mail

Sorting Monthly Incoming Receipts

Daily Data Entry and Maintaining Job Records

Filing and Archiving

Maintaining Office and Studio Weekly (Tidy/Cleaning)

Assisting Office Manager in Dailly Tasks

Running Errands for Director

Other General Office Duties

Be reliable, punctual, and well mannered.

Have excellent listening skills and explicit verbal communication skills.

Be self-motivated with the ability to show initiative.

Be able learn recent software.

Be able to work well in a team and under leadership.

Have a car and valid driver’s licence as errands may be required on workday.

Currently there is only room for 1 day. We will provide you with training and the prospect to learn.

Start Date: TBD, As soon as possible.

Casual Role

Hourly Rate $31.50 (includes 25% casual loading)

Wednesday (7:30am to 3:30pm)
