Receptionist/assistant Rosebery

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Health Assistant to join our growing Selph family in a Casual Role.

Selph Health Studios is a multi-practitioner holistic practice that offers Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Remedial Massage, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Emotional health treatment, and houses a Yoga and Pilates studio. We are renown for delivering excellent client experiences and providing a multidisciplinary treatment approach.

What the role entails:

Front desk operational duties including booking and rebooking clients, answering phones, liasing with clients about services and providing information, stock ordering & reporting, and the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives.

Have robust initiative, with the ability to multi-task

Goal oriented, and comfortable with helping grow the business

Confident and comfortable in a calm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, able to talk, relate and help clients

Understanding of systems and ability to learn our scheduling software, invoicing software and other digital systems
