With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support our growing operations. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of the business and support management across multiple departments. This role is critical in ensuring effective office systems, staff coordination, operational compliance, and effective communication between project teams, suppliers, clients, and management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth business operations within a fast-paced civil construction environment. Key Responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating office administration, procedures, and operational systems
- Managing day-to-day office functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
- Supporting management with operational reporting, document control, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Monitoring administrative systems, record management, and company databases
- Coordinating meetings, site inductions, travel bookings, and staff rosters where required
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding operational and administrative matters
- Managing office supplies, fleet administration, plant documentation, and maintenance records
- Supporting recruitment administration, onboarding, and HR documentation processes
- Ensuring compliance with WHS policies, company procedures, and industry regulations
- Preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, and internal communications for management
- Implementing and reviewing administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Supervising and supporting administrative staff where required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role
- Experience within construction, civil, engineering, or plant hire industries highly regarded
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of WHS and compliance processes is advantageous What We Offer
