Title: Production Operator
- Night Shift Kellanova is truly a global powerhouse in cereals and snacks and we make some of Australia’s favourite foods. Our iconic brands include Nutri-Grain, Special K, Sultana Bran and Coco Pops (cereals), LCMs and Pringle (snacks). We continue to innovate and stay close to our customers to remain on top of the game! Our Manufacturing Plant is located at Botany NSW and is a 24/7 operation producing many of our well recognised brands. As a Production Operator you will work with our processing and packing machinery all whilst maintaining our high safety and quality standards. We will provide all necessary and ongoing training to succeed in this role and build a career in our Manufacturing Plant. We offer an attractive market‑based pay rate (including shift allowance) and benefits for the successful candidate. We have roles available on our day roster working 7pm-7am shifts on a set roster. Key Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production is preferred
- A team player with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of safety and food quality
- Current forklift license is desirable however not essential
- Effective communication, numeracy and literacy skill
- Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative
- Ability to work 12-hour shift and occasional weekends
- An understanding of HACCAP, GMP and food safety is ideal The plant is located at Botany. Must be able to travel to this location. There is parking onsite available.
