Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the smash repairs industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including insurance companies, fleet managers, and private customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Educate clients on our services, turnaround times, and quality guarantees.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes and follow up to close deals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the automotive or smash repairs industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license.

Pay: $170,000.00
- $250,000.00 per year
