**The Opportunity**
Based at their head office in Mascot, our client is looking for a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude who has excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities.
You may be interested in working in a medical department of a pharma company long term, you might be thinking about becoming an MSL one day. This role will assist you in learning all the ins and outs of medical and regulatory, as you support their teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage overseas flight bookings for healthcare practitioners
- Organise internal conferences
- Track all stock issued to sales staff via excel spreadsheet
- Ensure accurate records are kept of Medical materials
- Manage the online customer registration platform for all medical meetings, conferences and training
- Assist Medical leads with Industry Conference Logistics Including: Travel, accommodation, registrations
- Receive and prepare invoices from consultants (Nurse and Dr trainers) for sign off
- Develop service agreements with external stakeholders
- Develop sponsorship agreements with healthcare practitioners
- Management of sourcing vendor evaluation forms and generation of purchase orders
- General office management as required
- Strong organisational and planning skills and high attention to detail.
- Well developed communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
- Self-starter who is highly motivated with an eagerness to learn
- Relevant IT skills with competence using excel
- Experience in a similar position within the corporate sector
**Package**
- Base salary $75 to $80K
- $6K flexi allowance
- Superannuation
- 10% discretionary bonus
- Hybrid, 2 days per week once through the first month of training
