**THE OPPORTUNITY**

PYBAR is currently seeking an experienced and driven Mine Foreman to join our newly expanded Rosebery Project.

The position will be based in Rosebery TAS, working on a 2:2 roster. Multiple points of hire will be considered across Eastern and Southern Australia.

As an Mine foreman, you’ll be responsible for leading underground mining crews, coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving productivity across development and production activities. Experienced in team leadership, mine planning execution, hazard management, and maintaining strong operational performance in a challenging underground environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide overall mine supervision and leadership to the underground team.
- Keeping a positive and honest relationship with our clients.
- Monitor and supervise underground mining activities.
- Promote positive safety behaviours and help build a culture of accountability, ownership and safety first thinking across the site.
- Use digital tools (e.g. INX) to record and monitor tasks.
- Communicate effectively with PYBAR team members and relevant stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Mine Foreman or similar position (Essential)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Underground Hardrock mining (Essential)
- Robust stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Advantageous)
