Production Manager for a Ready Meal Manufacturing (Botany)

**About Us**: We are a leading ready meal manufacturer based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in high-quality, ready-to-eat meals. With a dedicated team of 25 ground staff, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our production department.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for improving our production efficiency and increasing our output fourfold, from our current size. To excel in this role, you must have a track record of successfully achieving this level of growth in a similar manual to automatic production line environment, particularly for a company producing over 30,000 meals a week.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in scaling production from 10,000 meals a week to 50,000 meals a week in the ready meal production space
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Experience in being personally responsible for implementing process improvements
- Location: Sydney, Botany Area
