We are looking for experienced process workers and machine operators to join our client who is a global leader in healthcare and medical products. This role involves operating encapsulation and tableting machinery, performing quality checks and troubleshooting the machines to complete necessary changeovers.

About the role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

Operating and monitoring encapsulation and tableting machines

Perform machine startups and shutdowns

Basic troubleshooting duties

Performing quality checks

Completing GMP compliant batch records

General warehouse cleaning duties where required

Adhere to all workplace safety and GMP procedures and warehouse guidelines

To be successful, you will possess the following:

Previous experience in a machine operator or production operator role

Experience working in a GMP workplace

Be technically minded

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

Team player with a proactive attitude
