Responsibilities: Leading and supporting a team of plumbers and apprentices Overseeing daily operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency Managing schedules, budgets, and resources for ongoing projects Driving continuous improvement across the plumbing division Conducting site inspections and quality control

About you: Proven leadership experience within the plumbing industry Experienced in reactive maintenance or strata projects. Must be a qualified Plumber with extensive years of experience Excellent communication and people management abilities A proactive approach and commitment to high standards of work
