The Role Laminex is on the hunt for a Process Operator to strengthen our team at the Cheltenham laminate plant. This role is an excellent full‑time opportunity for individuals with a forklift license and a passion for manufacturing excellence, safety, and learning. - 5 Days Week from 6:00pm Sunday to 6:00pm Friday
- 12 hour rotating shifts
- Day shift 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Night shift 6:00pm to 6:00am
- 38hr ordinary and 2hrs at overtime Role Responsibilities

- Essential: Current LF forklift license, with a minimum of 6 months’ previous experience.
- Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles, though not mandatory.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly team‑oriented, with a strong capacity for physical work within a dynamic environment.
