- Supporting the day‑to‑day management of a residential property portfolio
- Coordinating and attending inspections (open homes, routine inspections, ingoing & outgoing reports)
- Processing rental applications and preparing lease documentation
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors in a qualified manner
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up works
- Assisting with leasing, marketing, and property advertising
- General administration and database management ABOUT YOU
