Studio Coordinator - Part Time (Newmarket)

About the role We're a small residential design studio in Alderley looking for a Studio Coordinator to work directly alongside Anthony, keeping the studio running smoothly. Diary management, client calls and emails, meeting coordination, invoicing and general studio administration. This role has some client contact, you'll be the first voice people hear and the first email they receive. That matters to us. What you bring

- Organised, task oriented and genuinely good at getting things done
- Warm and professional with people
- Studio or small business experience welcome but not required
- Robust communication skills The role
- 4 days per week
- 8.30am to 2.30pm (min hours, can work more)
- Studio mostly, occasional work from home flexibility if required Requirements
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Based in South East Queensland
