We are a growing litigation law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student to join our litigation team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution while working closely with experienced solicitors in a rapid-paced legal practice. About the Role Working under the supervision of a senior solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Managing client communications and follow ups
- File management and maintaining electronic records
- Assisting with court filing and procedural tasks
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with barristers, courts, clients and third parties
- Diary management and administrative support
