At Uniting Early Learning Enoggera, we are a **27-place community-based centre** where we create a warm, values-driven environment where children can build friendships, explore their potential, and develop essential skills that will serve them throughout their education.

Our long daycare and government-approved Kindergarten program celebrate play-based learning, with educators making full use of our sprawling outdoor space to create rich learning experiences.

**About Your Role**

You'll create fun, meaningful learning experiences that support each child’s growth, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Your care will help build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children thrive.

Working closely with families and your team, you’ll foster strong relationships, support each child's wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.

**About you Role**:

- Bring learning to life through fun, engaging activities that make education feel like play.- Be a guide in children’s discovery journeys, sparking curiosity and creativity.- Support emotional well-being, build solid relationships, and share joyful moments. From greetings to mealtimes.- Keep the environment clean, safe, and inviting.

**About You**:
- Implement thoughtful programs that meet individual and group needs, document and assess learning progress, and foster respectful, nurturing interactions with every child. You will need:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)- Knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards.- Blue Card (Child Related Employment)- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
