- At Ventia, we’re proud to support the Australian Defence Force with essential clothing services. You will be a key member of our stores and warehousing team in supporting Ventia’s Defence National Clothing Store Services contract in Enoggera, QLD. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic team player with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

**Your role will involve**:
- Greeting and assisting customers at the store's counter- Using computer systems to process orders, update inventory, and manage transactions accurately- Receiving, checking, and acquitting stock under supervision- Packing stock and preparing it for dispatch- Inspecting and accepting returned items- Performing manual handling using various methods

**Key skills & Attributes**- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or retail roles- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems to process transactions and update stock records- Ability to work effectively in a team and customer service environment- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
