- Has previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven venue
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef in a quality-driven venue
- Has a genuine passion for French, European or produce-driven cuisine
- Is calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
- Leads with professionalism, respect and strong communication
- Is warm and personable
- Has valuable industry connections
- Understands both creative execution and commercial realities
- Takes pride in mentoring and developing junior chefs
