About the Opportunity Fire Logbooks Australia is a well-established, growing Australian business and the leading provider of fire safety logbooks and compliance documentation to the fire protection industry. We are looking for a driven sales skilled to join our team
- someone who knows how to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with business development experience in the trades, or for a fire protection professional ready to make the move into sales. You'll be growing our existing client base by building new relationships, and cross-selling to deepen existing relationships. We are a trusted name in an industry where relationships matter

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively pursuing new business through outbound calls, client visits, and industry networking
- Deepening existing relationships by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Conducting demonstrations of our digital platform, both in person and online
- Attending trade events, industry functions, and client sites nationally
- Managing client orders from quote through to delivery, coordinating with our production team
- Keeping your pipeline and client records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve business growth
Who We're Looking For We're open to two types of candidates, and both have a strong future here: The Trade Professional: You've worked in fire protection, building services, or a compliance-related field. You understand the industry, you speak the language, and clients trust you. Maybe you've never held a formal sales title, but you're ready to step into a role that rewards your expertise and relationships. If you're open to it, so are we. The Experienced Sales Professional: You have a proven track record in B2B or trade sales, you're comfortable with outbound activity and you know how to manage a pipeline. You pick up new industries quickly and you thrive building new client relationships. In either case, you'll need to be:
- A self-motivated professional who doesn't wait for leads to come to you
- Confident on the phone, in front of decision makers and on a job site
- Organised, reliable, and genuinely great with people
- Comfortable with occasional national travel
