About the Role Are you a passionate and motivated chef looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to support our talented Conference and Events Kitchen team in crafting high-quality dishes that impress every guest. To be successful, we are looking for the following attributes:
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in a 4/5-star hotel is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in events or bulk cooking
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Full Australian working rights and able to work a rotating 7-day roster. Benefits
