**Your Role**: As the Assistant Director you will play an important role in the day to day running of the service. You will share your time between supporting your team on the floor as required and assisting the Centre Director with managerial tasks. Your passion for early childhood education and optimism will inspire the educators at the service to create a safe and warm learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- An ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or evidence of exemption
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
- A passion for working with children
- Experience leading a room in an early childhood service
- A desire to become a member of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
