Showroom & Sales Consultant
- Tile & Bathware Industry Location: Amber Tiles Albion About the Role We’re looking for a well‑presented, motivated team player to join our professional showroom team. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist with design consultations, and help drive sales across a broad range of tiles, bathware, and home renovation products. Daily Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their design goals and provide tailored solutions
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers
- Assist with showroom visual merchandising and upkeep
- Manage administrative tasks: phone enquiries, data entry, CRM updates, and order processing What We Offer

- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Solid interest in design, renovation, or building products
- Comfortable using computers and contemporary point‑of‑sale systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Retail or design industry experience is a bonus—but not essential
