Duties

General customer service.

Answering phone calls.

Invoicing.

Pack pharmacy orders with care and precision to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Dispatch orders promptly to meet delivery deadlines.

Dispense prescriptions.

Contribute to dosing aid packaging if needed.

Monitor and process orders from our online ordering portal.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a protected and productive work setting.
