- Develop and deliver a play-based program that is responsive to children’s needs and interests
- Prioritise building solid relationships with children, families, and the team
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure inclusive, child-led learning
- Reflect on and continuously improve your teaching practices Requirements & experience:
- Studying Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood or ACECQA Equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate in an Education & Care Setting
- Current Working with Children Check
