**POSITION OVERVIEW**: The Program and Project Administrator role at ROHY'S PAINTING is pivotal in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and oversight of their painting and coating projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Project Coordination: The Program and Project Administrator collaborates with project managers to meticulously plan, coordinate, and execute painting and coating projects. They are responsible for meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsac.
- Documentation and Reporting: The incumbent maintains precise project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. They also generate regular project status reports for internal and client review.
- Resource Management: Assisting in resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure project requirements are efficiently met.
- Budget Tracking: Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and cost controls, while identifying and reporting any budget deviations to management.
- Client Communication: Serving as a liaison between clients and the project team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and formulating strategies to mitigate them, while proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all projects adhere to company quality standards and meet customer expectations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within the construction or painting industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
