- Post‑trade experience working in the mining and heavy earth‑moving industry, or hydraulic excavator industry essential.

- Current Standard 11, a current open drivers’ licence and relevant coal mining certifications
- Work safely and comply with the Site Safety Health and Management System About the Role
- Perform servicing, repair and maintenance of mobile mining equipment in accordance with Thiess servicing and maintenance procedures.
- Complete general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component change‑outs to a high standard.
- Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilisation.
- Provide high‑quality installations including mountings, wiring and testing of equipment. Role Requirements
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
- Post‑trade experience working in the mining and heavy earth‑moving industry, or hydraulic excavator industry.
